Installing an intercom at your entrance
It consists of the following stages:
- Calculation of the cost of installing an intercom system. There are 2 possible options.
- Residents make a decision on the chosen option and installation, fill out the contract of assignment and start collecting money.
- Conclusion of contracts.
- Performing metal work, installing an intercom, handsets and handing keys to the customer, turning on the intercom.
- Signing of documents on the performance of work, payment for installation.
Stage 1. Calculation of the price of installing an intercom system
In order to calculate the final price, an employee of the company goes to the address, takes measurements of the door, takes photos, fills out an entrance inspection form. Check-out for payment is free, you are not required to do anything.
This usually happens in the presence of the customer, so that questions can be answered.
The inspection form is sent to the office and the price calculation is being prepared.
The price calculation is sent to the customer in a convenient messenger along with links to metalworking options.
The price calculation contains several sections: equipment, recommended metalwork, the second option of metalworking (if available), a brief description of the maintenance contract.
Maintenance: the cost will be indicated on the date of the calculation
1. carrying out the work necessary to keep the equipment in good condition upon request of the customer;
2. repair of subscriber devices;
3. Troubleshooting the installation;
4. repair of the panel, door closer, lock, exit button, switchboard, power supply (with replacement in case of impossibility of restoration);
5. provision of equipment for the duration of the repair;
6. elimination of manifestations of illegal actions of third parties (including theft or embezzlement);
7. execution of applications for no more than 3 days;
8. The call center accepts calls 24/7.
Stage 2. Residents make a decision on the installation and the chosen option, fill out the contract of assignment and start collecting money
After receiving the price calculation and discussion by the entire entrance, it is necessary:
- Decide on the installation. Usually, the decision is made by the majority of residents of the entrance, by analogy with an apartment building according to the Housing Code.
- Choose a metalworking option. If there is a door, we will definitely offer you a reinforcement option to meet the security needs at a lower cost to residents. At the same time, we guarantee quality.
- Fill out an assignment agreement for one of the residents, so that on the basis of this agreement he can interact with our company.
- Start collecting funds. At this stage, a full collection of funds is not required, so even a partial collection is sufficient to conclude a contract.
Stage 3. Conclusion of contracts
At this stage, the representative of the entrance, on the basis of an assignment agreement, concludes the necessary agreements with an employee of the company. Contracts are concluded in 2 copies, one for each of the parties. An advance payment is made depending on the applicable conditions.
Stage 4: Performing metal work, installing an intercom, handsets and handing keys to the customer, turning on the intercom
It may take some time after the conclusion of the contracts and before the installation of the intercom: from several days to several weeks. This is due to the preparatory work and the installation schedule.
While your entrance is in line, you can continue collecting money from residents, residents can finally decide on the number of keys and the type of subscriber device to install.
A few days before installation, the wizards will contact you and inform you about the planned time and date of installation.
The installation itself can last for one or several days.
After installation, the encoded keys are transferred to the customer with a reserve. The transfer is documented. Unused keys can be returned when signing the final documents.
Stage 5. Signing of documents on the performance of work, payment for installation
On the basis of the assignment agreement, one of the residents signs the documents on the completion of the work and the commissioning of the intercom.
The customer returns the extra keys to the company.
The full payment for the installation is made. If the residents did not have time to hand over all the necessary funds, then in this case the calculation will be partial, the final one will be later.
